The World Record of the ‘biggest cave’ has been achieved by Sơn Đoòng Cave from Vietnam.

The biggest chamber of Sơn Đoòng is more than five kilometres long, 200 metres high and 150 metres wide. The cave measures at least 262×262 feet (80×80 meters) in most places and is approximately 4.5 kilometres (2.8 miles) long. For a couple of kilometres, it is more than 140 meters 9460 feet wide and 140 meters 9460 feet high. The cave contains some of the tallest known stalagmites in the world, which are up to 70 m tall.


Previous World Record:
The World Record of the ‘biggest cave’’ was achieved by DeerCave from island of Borneo, Malaysia.
