The World Record ‘most martial arts kicks in one hour’ has been achieved by Mr. Ahmad Amin Bodla from Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

On 09 March 2014; Mr. Bodla; achieved Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy (6370) martial arts kicks in one hour with one leg at Children Library Complex Lahore.

Previous World Record:

The World Record ‘most martial art kicks in one hour’ was achieved by Mr. Jayanth Reddy from India.

Mr. Reddy; achieved Two Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Two (2982) martial arts kicks in 21 minutes and 46 seconds.
