Longest Performance of Baddha Padmasana

The World Record of ‘longest performance of Baddha padmasana yoga’ has been achieved by Sagar Kumar (13 years 04 months) from Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

On Jun 14, 2018; Master Sagar (son of Ms. Shalu & Mr. Rajesh Kumar) performed the Baddha padmasana (locked lotus pose) for One Hour Twenty Minutes (1H:20M).

Program has been organized by Himalya Haridwar Hospital Yog Samiti Ganvi and convened by Mr. Ranjit Singh.

Previous World Record:

The World Record of ‘longest performance of Baddha padmasana’ has been achieved by master Sujal (10 year 6 month) from Rampur Bhushar, Himachal Pradesh, India. On Jun 15, 2017; master Sujal (son of Mr. Ved Parkash and Ms. Kanta Devi) performed the Baddha padmasana (Locked lotus pose) for One Hour Twelve Minutes (1H: 12 M). Programme has been organized by Himalya Haridwar Hospital Yoga Samiti Ganva and convened by Mr. Ranjit Singh.
