Longest Performance of Baddha Padmasana

The World Record of ‘longest performance of Baddha padmasana’ has been achieved by master Sujal (10 year 6 month) from Rampur Bhushar, Himachal Pradesh, India.

On June 15, 2017; master Sujal (son of Mr. Ved Parkash and Ms. Kanta Devi) performed the Baddha padmasana (Locked lotus pose) for One Hour Twelve Minutes (1H: 12 M).

Programme has been organized by Himalya Haridwar Hospital Yoga Samiti Ganva and convened by Mr. Ranjit Singh.
