The World Record of ‘longest performance of baddha padmasana yoga’ has been achieved by Nisha Sharma (15 years 07 months 22 days) at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

On Aug 11, 2019; Nisha (daughter of Ms. Neha & Mr. Radheshyam Sharma) has performed Baddha padmasana yoga (Locked lotus pose) for One hour Fifty Minutes (1H:50M).

The program has been organized by Yoganjali Vidhyapeeth and convened by Anuj Yogi.

The World Record of ‘longest performance of baddha padmasana yoga’ was achieved by Bhakti Gupta (10 years 03 months 05 days) at Kota, Rajasthan, India. On Jun 19, 2018; Bhakti has performed Baddha padmasana yoga (Locked lotus pose) for One hour Thirty Three minutes Forty Four seconds (01H:33M:44S). World Record has been achieved during the celebration of International Yoga Day. Program was convened by Dr. Jaideep Arya and organized by Patanjali Yogpeeth, Government of Rajasthan and Resonance Eduventures Ltd.

The World Record of ‘longest performance of Baddha padmasana yoga’ was achieved by Yashanshi Dixit (14 years 05 month) from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. On Jun 21, 2018; Yashanshi (daughter of Ms. Rama & Mr. Anurag Dixit) performed the Baddha padmasana yoga (locked lotus pose) for One hour Twenty Two minutes Thirty seconds (1H:22M:30S). Sardar Patel Yog & Naturopathy Medical Institute organized the program.
